For those of you in CT, I do know that there is a shop in the V&A Waterfront (called Apsley House) which stocks some of his shoes. They can sometimes order shoes from his collection if they do not have in store.
For those in Jhb, The Apsley House store is located in Middle Mall, Hyde Park Corner Shopping Centre.
