Event Affairs

We offer the following wedding co-ordination services:

1. Full Wedding Co-ordination service:

• Meeting with the Bride and all the relevant parties
• Conceptualisation of what the Bride envisages
• Sourcing of all relevant suppliers
• Meetings with all relevant suppliers: Venue scouts; Priest, Hair and Make-up, Menu Tastings, Decor Mock-ups, Musicians etc.
• Co-ordination of all suppliers leading up to their Special Day.
• Co-ordination on the day of the wedding including setting up venue, ensuring the smooth-running of the wedding, and overseeing the programme until guests leave.

2. Part Wedding Co-ordination service:

• Taking over from the Bride or relevant bridal party once suppliers or general organisation has already been completed.

3. On-the-Day wedding Co-ordination service:

• Here, we meet with the bride or relavant bridal party a few days before the wedding for a handover. We then co-ordinate all the relevant suppliers and run the wedding on the day.
